We apologize for the late notice, but we’ve recently received some awesome news we wanted to share with our Ridgely families!

The Central Illinois Foodbank will be at Ridgely Elementary on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, starting at dismissal to provide free frozen, pre-cooked meals for students and families. Meals include favorites like macaroni and cheese, BBQ chicken, and cheese manicotti.

Kiwanis is sponsoring its 4th Annual Kids Bash on Saturday, February 7th at the Salvation Army, a fun, family-friendly event for Kindergarten through 5th grade students and their parents or guardians. The event is completely free and includes all activities, food, and haircuts. Families can enjoy $1,000 in prizes and giveaways, including bikes, games, and toys generously donated by Scheels, and connect with 15 community vendors who will be sharing information about their local service programs.
